He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Bollinger and Freida Bollinger (Evans); and his siblings, Lee Bollinger, Donna Braden and Jean Ford.

He is survived by: his wife Madeline G. Orr. He is also survived by two daughters; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
