With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela L. Mulligan of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2020 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. Mulligan and Loretta Mitchell Brenner. She is survived by: her son Jason Mulligan (Laura) of Meadville; her brothers, Derek Mulligan (Nikol) of Boston, MA and Bruce Mulligan of Portland, OR; and her close friend Degal. She is also survived by nieces; nephews.
