It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman J. LaBruzzo Sr. of Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LaBruzzo and Rose LaBruzzo (Sugar); his wife Marie J. Canella; his son Norman J. LaBruzzo, Jr.; his siblings, Gus "Captain" LaBruzzo and Mary "Tootsie" Cappozzi; and his son-in-law Joseph Sacco.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Sacco of Meadville, Joseph P. LaBruzzo (Lisa) of Meadville, Kimberly Tyree (David) of Pittsburgh and Christopher LaBruzzo (Jan) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Joey Marie Porcelli (John), Joseph Sacco III (Amber), Jamie Gaglione, Jennifer Pittner (Dan), Michael Tyree, Katie Tyree and Danielle LaBruzzo; his sister Linda GiGanti (Raymond) of Buffalo, NY; and his friend Theresa Amato (late John). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
