He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas L. Guthrie. He is survived by: his mother Carol Guthrie (Tharp) of Conneautville; and his sisters, Leslie A. McGowan (Thomas) of Meadvillle and Trish Holcomb of Conneaut Lake.
