She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenz John Jack Roofner and Adelaide L. MacMillan Roofner; her grandson Jeremy Frey; and her sisters, Rita Fahr, Teddie Cowan and Mary Ann Collins.
She is survived by: her children, John Frey III (Amy) of Pittsburgh, Robert Frey of Meadville and Karen Frey Dividio of Meadville; her former husband John Frey, Jr. of Meadville; her granddaughter Jennifer Dividio (Jackie) of Ohio; her brother Christopher Roofner (Debbie) of Florida; and her brother-in-law Robert Cowan of Grove City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
