He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kalustian and Rose Mary Kalustian (Gaglione). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Nichols; his pets, Bella and Macy; his children, Dallas Dne Kalustian of Tampa, FL, Dr. Michael Joseph Kalustian II of Destin, FL and Thomas Kalustian of Cambridge Springs; his sister Patricia Cervone (Charlie) of Meadville; his aunts, Jane Gaglione of Meadville and Julia Battista of Meadville; and his friends, John Mottillo, John Lee, Pat Barco, Jim Buxton, Dick Abbondanza, Joe Dreistadt, Ronnie Zuccaro, Jim Barco, Nick Monico and Garry Bonanno.
