He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Polliard (Holly); his children, Benjamin Allen (Alissa) of Salem, WV, Suzannah Mattocks (Steve) of Meadville, PA, Stephanie Grubb (Ken) of Greenville, PA and Daniel Allen (Jennifer) of Sandy Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Caitrin, Isaac, Joyanna, Ruthie Allen, Steven, Caleb, Hannah, Joshua Mattocks, Nathan, Rachel, Aliza, Jeremiah, Micah, Yosef and Yishai Grubb; his sister Karen Allen of Minneapolis, MN.; and his son Jesse. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and friends.
