She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Grinnell and Kathryn Anthony Grinnell; her husband George O. Holzer; and her son Robert Holzer. She is survived by: her sons, David Holzer (Cheryl) of Ohio and Ernie Holzer (Kate) of Ohio; her nieces, Rose, Sharon, Bridget, Robyn and Terri; and her nephew Gary. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made in Maxine's memory to the Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, Pennsylvania 16335.
