She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Rickrode and Agnes Mason Rickrode; her husband Ronald Neubert, Sr.; her brothers, Lawrence Rickrode and Jack Rickrode; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Neubert.

She is survived by: her children, Renee Travaglini (Joe) of Wichita Falls, Rhonda Cavaliere (Carl) of Glenshaw, Pennsylvania, Ronald Neubert Jr. of Austin, Raymond Neubert of Meadville and Ryan Neubert (Jill) of Meadville; her grandchildren, Matt, Tori, Emily, David, Leticia, Joshua, Jacob, Nick, Ben, Nathan and Matthew; her sister Ann Yoset (Jack) of Woodstock, Georgia; and her sister-in-law Carole Rickrode of Erie. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
