She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Plementosh and Anna Plementosh (Bracika); her husband Andrew Zinchiak; and her brother Michael Plementosh. She is survived by: her children, Linda Fink (Robert) of Saegertown and Ken Zinchiak (Denise) of Belvidere, NJ; her grandsons, Todd Wilson of Austin, TX, Tyler Wilson (Casey) of Meadville, Troy Wilson of Conneaut Lake and Kristopher Zinchiak (Stefanie) of Coral Springs, FL; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Matthew Wilson, Nicholas and Melanie Zinchiak; her sisters, Helen Archacki of Saegertown and Rose Smith of Cambridge Springs; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanne Plementosh of Meadville and Mary Jane Zinchiak of Erie. She is also survived by 16 step great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
