She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Pachuk and Effie Pachuk (Raga); her husband William T. Bookamer; her son Michael Ray Bookamer; and her siblings, John Pachuk, Frank Pachuk, Nick Pachuk, Kathryn Chery, Anne Peterson and Alyce Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee Bookamer Joseph (Tom), William T. Bookamer Jr. (Octavia) of Kingston, TN and Thomas J. Bookamer (Linda) of Meadville, PA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
