She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie W. Small and Illa J. Rorke Small. She is survived by: her children, Constance J. Clingerman (Thomas) of Greensburg, Kathleen G. Frontz of Meadville and Richard A. Frontz, Jr. (Catherine) of Cranberry Twp; her grandchildren, Christopher Clingerman (Dana), Caitlin Clingerman, Kristy and Chad Frontz (Maria); and her great grandchildren, Owen and Mason Frontz.
