It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Margrit Popowski (Meadville, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 79, on February 27, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meyer and Bertha Poppe Meyer; and her son Thomas J. Comodeca. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" I. Popowski of Meadville; her son Frank J. Comodeca of Parma, Ohio; her grandsons, William Popowski (Michelle) of Sheffield Lake and Matthew Graff (Ashley); and her brother Dieter Meyer of Florida. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations may be made in Margrit's memory to the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute, 16792 Conneaut Lake Road, Meadville, Pennsylvania 16335.
