She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Stephens and Lena Lucille Stephens (Taylor). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Wachowiak; her sons, Shawn Hillman of Meadville, Brain Wachowiak (Jess) of Meadville, Chad Wachowiak of Saegertown and Jay Wachowiak of Springboro; and her grandchildren, Jazlen Miller, Lena Wachowiak, Jayce Wachowiak and Jay Wachowiak, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in LuAnn's memory to the Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, Pennsylvania 16335.
