She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Rich and Rose Rich (Quoresimo); her husband Donald "Bull" Leffingwell; and her siblings, Adeline Musone, Jennie Adsit, Carmen Rich, Louis Rich, James Rich, Frank Rich and Joe Rich.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Fink (Irene) of Virginia Beach, VA, Cindy Hall (Steve) of Erie, PA, Judy Derby (Jeff) of Meadville, PA, Tina Rogers (Frank) of Meadville, PA and Donna Cessna of Meadville, PA; her stepchildren, Sherry Faulkner (David) and Tom Leffingwell (Sandy); her grandchildren, Maria Fink, Lori Ingel, Stephenee Kerr, Jim Derby, Frank Rogers, Dane Cessna and Grace Cessna; her great grandchildren, Dallas, Chloe and Brayden; and her sisters, MaryLou Ponzani (Bill) of Willowick, OH and Phyllis Rappa of Meadville, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
