She is survived by: her husband Gerald R. Derby; her sisters, Rosalyn Peterson of Citrus Springs, FL, Jennifer King and Stacy Petro; her nephew Brett; her nieces, Renee and Michele; her cousins, Bill Gebhardt (June), Mark Munson (Paula), Karen Hayhurst (John), Linda Green (Jim) and Lee Langley; and her close friends, Tom and Gerry King.
