He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton T. Smock and Eunice G. Smock (Barnett); his wife Connie Beatty; and his brother Edgar Smock. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Quinn of West Seneca, NY and Bill Smock (Diane) of Orchard Park, NY; his stepchildren, Amy Siple (Todd) of Saegertown, PA, Kim Jewell, Scott Beatty (Marty) of Meadville, PA and Matt Beatty; his nephew Jim McGowan; his niece Diane Albaugh; and his sisters, Lucille McGowan of Meadville, PA and Elma Ridgeway of Meadville, PA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
