We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2025, at the age of 41, Lewis Anthony SanFelice of Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lewis Anthony departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lewis Anthony may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lewis Anthony leaves behind.
He is survived by: his parents, Sara SanFelice (Smith) of Meadville and Anthony SanFelice; his girlfriend Haili Hawthorne; his son Karter; and his sisters, Jacqueline Simmerman (Howard) of Linesville, Suzanne Pinkhouse (Joseph) of Houston, TX and Maria SanFelice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calendar Stephen P. Mizner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (404 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church (1085 Water St, Meadville, PA 16335).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CCYSA, PO Box 641, Meadville, PA 16335, in honor of his beloved Karter.
