He was predeceased by: his father Gaylord Picard; and his sister Michelle Hazen. He is survived by: his mother Esther Dunn (Alexatos); his children, Erica Bryant (Clint), Katheryn Picard (Gregory Hawkins) and Layne Picard Jr.; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Ethan, Clara and Caleb; and his siblings, Elisa Picard, Christine Stallard and Gaylord Picard.
