He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holeva and Patricia Hindle Holeva; his sister Joanna Holeva; his nephew Marty Calzada; and his brother Martin Holeva.
He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney Florentine (Josh) of Gibsonia Pa and Rosemary Holeva (Jeff) of Meadville Pa; his siblings, Patsy Holeva, Debra Holeva, Angel Peterson (Dana), John Holeva (Rebecca), Timothy Holeva (Kerry) and Joseph Holeva (Miria); and his grandson Geno James Florentine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends including his best friend.
