He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Lybarger and Elizabeth K. Lybarger (Hodge); and his brother Fredrick Lybarger. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, James E. Lybarger (Alicia) of Pittsburgh, PA and Karen A. Ott (Ron) of Conneaut Lake, PA; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Isabella Lybarger, Aiden, Alex and Alayna Ott.
