He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kleist and Julia Henry Kleist; and his grandchildren, Holly and William Folmar. He is survived by: his wife Tane McIntyre; his children, Stacey Folmar (Shawn) of Elizabeth, CO, Jill Monico (Steve) of Meadville and Todd Kleist of Meadville; his grandchildren, Joseph Monico, Nicholas Monico (Eilidh), Laura Monico (Midge), Ryenne Folmar, Julia Folmar, Heath Kleist and Aidan Kleist; and his sister Rae Ann Loper of Meadville.
