He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Esterly, Sr. and Constance Hurley Esterly; and his brothers, David and James Esterly. He is survived by: his children, John H. Esterly III of Meadville, Michael D. Esterly of Meadville and Sue Anne Parrish (Michael) of New Jersey; and his siblings, Kathy Strickland (Doug) of Virginia and Eric Esterly of Cambridge Springs. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great grandchild.
