He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Duckworth and Florence Duckworth (Shockey); his wife Joyce Martin; and his daughter Cathy Wilneff. He is survived by: his children, David Duckworth (Connie) of Shelby Twp, Dan Duckworth (Sharon) of Meadville and Carole Fisher (Steve) of Cochranton; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Isaac, John, Justin, Meghan, Patrick, Hannah, Jackie and Jeremy. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (828 N Main St, Meadville, PA 16335). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Thursdays for Jesus Children's Ministry or Vacation Bible School at Grace United Methodist Church.
