He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Shaffer Robb and Mary Ann Robb (Reither); his sister Jean Robb Kempin; and his half-sisters, Martha Robb Gwinn and Sarah Robb Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Haise Robb of Erie. He is also survived by cousins, many nieces and nephews as well as special friends and neighbors.
