It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Wilkinson Jr. of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Homestead, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. and Lillie L. Staley Wilkinson, Sr.; his daughter Peggy Ann Wilkinson; his great grandchild Remee; and his siblings, William Wilkinson and Mary Lou Hovis.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Karen Crowther (Robert) of Guys Mills, John E. Wilkinson, III (Nancy) of Meadville, David Bret Wilkinson (Eileen) of Meadville and Bart L. Wilkinson (Jessica) of Meadville; his sister Joan Finn (Gene) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his grandchildren, Steven, Michael Crowther, Jennifer Porter, Ryan, Nathan, Garrett, Christopher, Justin, Matthew and Joshua Wilkinson. He is also survived by twenty one great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
