He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Lemon; his children, John D. "Jack" Petruso, Jr. (Lori) of Saegertown, Steve J. Petruso of Meadville, Polly J. Petruso of Meadville and Jeffrey M. Petruso of Pittsburgh; his grandsons, Alex Petruso and Elliot Petruso; and his brother Anthony G. Petruso (Holly) of Prescott, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
