He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yanacek and Frances R. Yanacek (Beck); and his sisters, Betty Madison, Pat Smith and Sue Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Yanacek (Krista Muddiman) of Meadville, John Yanacek (Laurie) of Milford, DE, Leslie Yanacek of Youngstown, OH and Linda Yanacek (Tammy) of Fairmont, WV; and his close friend Cindy Perry of Meadville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
