He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Flack and Patricia Nutt Flack; and his wife Tammi Steele. He is survived by: his children, Tina Cage of Meadville, Tawni Flack (Alex Richter) of Uniontown and Jesse Steele of Meadville; his granddaughters, Jordyne Wofford, Jazzlyn Vann, Cage and Mila Richter; his siblings, Robin Flack of Meadville and Scott Flack of Meadville; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Flack of Meadville and Melodie Bradley (Pat) of Guys Mills; and his nieces, Emily Flack and Katie Flack. He is also survived by family members and friends.
