It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan B. Leonheart of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Atwood and Elsie Anna Bundy (Silberger); her husband Frank "George" Leonheart; and her sister Mary Jane Bundy. She is survived by: her sons, Troy A. Leonheart (Patrick) of Baldwin, MD and Michael S. Leonheart of Palm Springs, CA; her brothers, S. Donald Bundy (Joan) of Lewis Center, OH and Thomas J. Bundy (Jo) of Weems, VA; and her friend Angeline "Angie" Adams of Meadville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
She had volunteered countless hours to the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, the RSVP Program, the Soup Kitchen and St. Brigid Church.
