He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale M. Barnard and Elizabeth Pegan Barnard (Betty); and his sister Karen Powell. He is survived by: his wife Tina Anthony; his daughter Misty Mawn (Kevin) of Crozet, VA; his grandchild Jade Mawn; and his siblings, Dale Barnard (Karen) of Meadville and Kelly LaBruzzo (John) of Meadville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty St., Meadville, PA 16335 or to a no kill animal adoption shelter of the donor's choice.
