He was predeceased by: his father Delmar C. Stallard; and his brother Mark Stallard. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn L. Oakes Stallard of Saegertown; his fiancée Kimberly R. Lane of Elmora, PA; his son David A. Stallard (Carrye) of Saegertown; his sister Lynann M. Chang (Dudley) of Saegertown; his grandson Maccabee Stallard; his niece Maile Chang; his nephew Mark Chang (Emily); and his great-niece Lauryn Chang.
