He is survived by: his spouse Stacey Ferrari; his daughters, Haley and Miah; his brother Michael Ewing (Wendy); his parents-in-law, George and Judy Ferrari; his brother-in-law Todd Ferrari; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Ewing, Katelyn Ewing, Taylor Shank (Chuck), Dominic Ferrari and Erik Ferrari.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Vietnam Vets Post #52, 13216 Dunham Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
