He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Chambley and Ruth Chambley (Bortner); his sister Judy Mudger; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Catalino and Bonnie Chambley.
He is survived by: his children, Leeya Chambley of Hadley, PA, Mozelle Jordan of Hadley, PA and Oliver Chambley of Conneaut Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Daya Cook and Ivee Cook; his siblings, Shirley Catalino (Pokey) of Erie, PA, Mary Brewton (Richard) of Meadville, PA, Debbie Tatsch (Tim) of Meadville, PA and John Chambley of Geneva, PA; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Mudger of Kissimee, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
