She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Cady and Delores C. Jones Cady; her husband James C. Wallace; her brothers, Arthur, Harold O'Day and James Cady; and her son-in-law Larry Quigley.
She is survived by: her daughter Delores M. Quigley (Dee) of Meadville. She is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
