It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Eleanor Long of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Henderson and Wilma Jane Sullivan Toner; and her husband Norman C. Long. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Long (Christine) of Defiance, OH and Jill Steiner (Arthur) of Meadville; her grandchildren, Kip Long and Kiersten Long of Defiance, OH; and her stepgrandson Jake Steiner. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, the Meadville Community Soup Kitchen, 956 S. Main Street or St. Paul's Reformed Church, 1070 Park Avenue all of Meadville, PA 16335.
