He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Schultz and Dorothy Schultz (Weaver). He is survived by: his former wife Jane Louise Lindsey; his wife Janet of Meadville, PA; his children, Stacy Smith (George) of Saluda, NC, Shannon Froncillo (Paul) of Springboro, PA and Stuart Schultz (Stephanie Conard) of Saegertown, PA; his grandchildren, Lucas Schultz, Adam Froncillo, Paige Smith, Victoria Froncillo, Taylor Schultz, Talyn Schultz, Maddison Schultz and Raelynn Schultz; and his great grandchild Sophia Schultz.
