He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Garfield and Frances B. Gross Garfield; and his nephew Geoffrey Joslin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gregory; his daughters, Jodi Whitehead (David) of Arlington, TX and Tracey Steiger (Dustin) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Rachel, Ryan, Kyle, Blake Steiger and Madison Whitehead; and his siblings, Brian Garfield (Roxanne) of Englewood, FL, Karen Joslin (Bradley) of Meadville and Susan Schreck (Michael) of Meadville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
