He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Frizzell and Dorothea Sofia Frizzell; his wife Ruth D. Smiley; his daughters, Cheree S. Frizzell (Derek) of Meadville and Terri J. Bruno (Eric) of Canonsburg; and his half-sister Roberta Sofia (Bobbi).
