He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Marino Flagella and Virginia Mae Lorence Flagella; and his sister Beverly Price. He is survived by: his wife Viola Flagella of Drakes Mills; his daughter Stephanie Jackson of Saegertown; his grandchildren, Violet, Silas, Willa and Mabel; his daughter Angela Mann (Gary) of Conneautville; his grandchildren, Avery and Everly; his daughter Jenifer Mae Flagella (Tiffany) of McKean; and his siblings, Karen Flagella (Jon) of Erie, Nicholas Flagella of Erie, Annette Woodward of Erie, Lisa Flagella of Ohio, Terry Flagella of Florida and Ann Flagella of Edinboro.
