She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ron Rickard; and her sons, Christopher and Gail. She was also cherished by her aunt and her mother's best friend.
She spent two and a half years as an overnight supervisor for Bethesda, then became a TSS for ACCG and worked there until the Covid pandemic.
