He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmela Colella (Sigilli) and Antonino V. Colella; and his siblings, Maria Colella, Fortuna Roda, Vincenzo Colella and Franco Colella.
He is survived by: his son Antonino V. Colella of Meadville; his grandchildren, Francesca Colangelo (Mikeal) of Greenville, SC and Dante Colella of Washington, DC; and his siblings, Italia Lentini-Colella of Taurianova and Reginaldo "Aldo" Colella (Theresa) of Meadville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
