He is survived by: his mother Catherine Reagle; his stepmother Ruby Hawkins; his wife Brenda; his sons, Gregory Allen Hawkins and Joseph Lawrence Hawkins (Jacquelyn); his siblings, Angela Hawkins, Aubrey Hawkins and Donald Haeger; and his grandchildren, James, Hope, Jacob and Jonam.
