He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Willmarth and Goldie Mae Willmarth (Zimmer); and his wife Debra Heckman. He is survived by: his sister Susie M. Taylor of Cochranton, PA; and his daughters, Amber Willmarth of Greenville, PA and April Hughes of Hermitage, PA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
