He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen E. Blake and Grace Blake (Rechichi); his brother Robert Blake; his brother-in-law Larry Cleys; and his nephew Robert Blake, Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Koivisto (Rod) of Linesville, PA, Mary Cleys of Linesville, PA and Fran Blake of Williamsburg, VA. He is also survived by several nephews and one niece and many cousins.
