She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmabelle Harshaw and William Harshaw; her husband Chuck; and her children, Cindy Gray, Larry Cowden, Kim Cowden, Jeffrey Cowden and Richard Cowden.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff, Kathy Kisiel of Wilmington, NC, Carol Parker of Clayton, NC, Terry Cowden-Bolster of Pittsburgh, PA, Tammy Cowden, Gary Cowden, Casey Cowden of Lexington, NC and Tracy Cowden of Huntersville, NC. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In light of the pandemic, a celebration of Gerry's life will be held at a later time.
