He was predeceased by: his father George Norman, Sr.; and his wife Theresa Herman. He is survived by: his children, Sharon P. Fine (Adam) of Herndon, VA, Mark R. Palmer (Barbara) of Penn Laird, VA and Michael J. Palmer (Carol) of Kiawah Island, SC; his grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew, Samuel, Victoria, Abigail, Madelyn and Jack; and his great grandchild Arlo.
