He was predeceased by: his parent Gene B. Bowley, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Anna Bowley, (Helbig) of Chula Vista, CA; his wife Kimberly Karcher; his children, Ashley Carter (Mitch) of Meadville, Christopher Bowley of Meadville and Angela LaBella of Santee, CA; his grandchildren, Aria Carter, Ezra Carter and Emelia Carter; his siblings, JoAnna Berger of Los Angeles, CA, Kim Wineberger (Jim) of Carlsbad, CA, Charlotte Harbin of Chula Vista, CA and Ernie Matteotti (Debra) of Chula Vista, CA; his parents-in-law, Charles and MaryCarol Karcher of Saegertown; and his siblings-in-law, Beth Cave (Jeff) of Edinboro, Jill Rios (Xavi) of Meadville, John Karcher (Tina), Charlie Karcher (Marlene) and Gilbert Gallardo (Angel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
