He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Praisner and Jessie Marie Davis Praisner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Norris; his son Troy Praisner (Justina) of Meadville; his granddaughters, Jada and Teigan Praisner; and his siblings, Deborah LaFontaine (Chris), Robert Praisner (Pyong) of Meadville and Richard Praisner (Regina) of Escondido, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
