He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth L. Foote; and his brothers, Robert Foote and Gene Foote. He is survived by: his parent Agnes Foote (Peterson); his siblings, Suzanne Hanes (Dan) of Titusville, Betty Wagner Pittsburgh (Ron), Beverly Whitman (Wayne) of Cochranton and Victor Foote (Kandy) of Meadville; and his sister-in-law Debbie Foote of Townville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
